Approximately 25% of lands eligible for sale by Alberta Sustainable Resources Development have been sold to date and this triggered the plan’s review. Council supported the continuance of selling available public lands with a stipulation that purchasers are made aware of the MD’s position on road construction/access as per Policy E.11. Please note that the MD is NOT responsible for selling any of these lands. For more information, call Roy Hewitt with Sustainable Resource Development in Barrhead at (780)674-8231.
